The clubhouse is literally the high point of the Skybrook community. From the wide veranda, you can view the course and neighboring hills. Members enjoy a fully stocked pro shop, restaurant and bar, USGA Handicapping Service, lockers and club storage, special events and tournaments, annual driving range plan, practice green and sand trap.
The Skybrook Swim and Racquet Club offers resort-style living 365 days a year. Not one, but two separate swim parks with six pools await you.
Our Skybrook Facility offers a waist-deep pool for games such as water volleyball, an 8-lane competition sized lap pool, a play pool for toddlers with umbrella jets and water curtains, a baby pool for the smallest ones, and a 185-foot Wet-n-Wild waterslide. This facility houses a snack bar, grill and covered pavilion perfect for a cookout or birthday party along with separate bath houses and changing areas.
Our second facility at the Villages at Skybrook North houses an aquatic park that features a beach entry pool, a funbrella covered gathering area, an Aquapod Water Play Structure with splashers, sprayers and two side-by-side slides perfect for friendly races. The park also contains a 6-lane competition sized lap pool with a full-sized Aqua Blue waterslide!
The park offers ample sunbathing decks and contains a covered pavilion with separate bathhouses and changing areas. The Skybrook Swim and Racquet Club offers opportunities for all youth (ages 3-18) from swim lessons to competitive meets on our championship swim team. "Go Storm!" Certified Lifeguards keep watch whenever the pools are open.
Skybrook's year-round tennis program takes place on six lighted tennis courts (four clay and two hard courts).
Members receive private and group lessons from our USPTA professionals. There is a junior development program and a new junior quick-start program. We sponsor leagues and special events for all ages and summer camp programs for children and teens.
The pro shop is stocked with equipment and apparel, and the clubhouse has a bathhouse with showers and changing areas.

You have a great fitness center right around your corner, with cardio and weight rooms, state-of-the-art equipment and a multi-purpose activity room for classes.
The Fitness Center is open daily from 5 am to 11 pm. A certified Fitness Director is on staff for personal training and classes. Current listings are subject to change, but can include yoga, pilates, boot camp and zumba!

Skybrook has several large parks, just for our residents.
The Central Park contains a playground, picnic shelter, outdoor grills, basketball court, volleyball court and multi-purpose field. Skybrook's newer Wallace Park is centered around a three-acre lake stocked for fishing. Walkers will find paths, children can enjoy the playground and families can relax together under the arched cedar pavilion.
The soccer field is ready for play any time, and can save a parent a lot of driving. The basketball courts invite practice shooting or pick-up games. More than 200 acres of open space enhance the beauty and tranquility of the neighborhood. Fun can be active or quiet, organized or spontaneous.
